Engage is Switching to Suits Me: Here’s What You Need to Know 

Big changes are happening for Engage cardholders—Engage is closing down and transferring all it’s customers to Suits Me. If you currently use an Engage card, here’s what you need to know:

What’s Happening?

  • Engage accounts are being moved to Suits Me.
  • You should have received an email or letter from Suits Me explaining the transition process.

What Do You Need to Do?

1. Update Your Contact Details:

Suits Me needs your current address, phone number, and email. If anything has changed recently, make sure to update your details by contacting either Engage or Suits Me directly.

2. Expect Your New Debit Card:

Your new Suits Me debit card has already been sent out and should be arriving shortly.

3. Share Your New Account Details:

If you receive payments from anyone other than LASER Credit Union (LCU), you’ll need to provide them with your new Suits Me account details. LCU will automatically receive your updated account information—no action is needed for them.

4. Paying Bills or Standing Orders?

If you have any standing orders or direct debits linked to your Engage card, you must inform the companies directly about your new Suits Me card and bank details to avoid payment disruptions.

5. Need Your Statement or Information from Engage?

If you require any statements or other information from your Engage account, be sure to request them before 10th January, as this information will no longer be accessible after that date.

Don’t Want a Suits Me Card?

If you prefer not to use Suits Me, here’s what you need to do:

  • Open an account with another bank.
  • Close your Engage account before 10th January.
