We are currently experiencing technical difficulties at our LASER office, which has affected both incoming and outgoing payments. As a result, our office is temporarily closed, and payment processing will be delayed.
Please rest assured that our team is working diligently to resolve the situation, and payments will be processed as soon as possible once the issue is resolved.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please note the LASER office will be closed for the Summer Bank Holiday Monday 26th August 2024.
Due to unforeseen circumstance the Office will be closed today (7th August) from 11.30am and any online withdrawal requests made after this time will be processed Thursday (8th August) morning. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Dear customers , we have been informed by HMRC this morning that there were some technical difficulties with issuing Child Benefit payments. This issue is expected to be resolved promptly, and the payments should be processed and received by Wednesday.

29th of March (Good Friday) and 1st of April (Easter Monday).
Laser Credit Union office will resume it’s regular operations on the 2nd of April.
The AGM is in respect of our financial year 22/23 and will be held on zoom. We will provide you with the relevant information, the opportunity to vote on the accounts, the election of officers, and the appointment of external auditors and to ask questions.
